Asymmetrical pattern of the tread was designed considering the special aspects of driving at high speed; the same affects its shape and element arrangement. The central part is formed by three ribs comprised of diamond-shaped blocks.
Massive shoulder blocks allow confident maneuvering and turning without the risk of side skidding. The blocks also ensure high-quality breaking and acceleration.
Rubber mixture of the tread is remarkable for its wear-resistance and tensile strength. The mixture includes silica and special additives ensuring low rolling resistance.

The Birinchi Rezinotexnika Zavodi (BRZ) production facility was launched in 2019 in a free trade area in the city of Angren, Uzbekistan. Its annual output capacity figures are: 3,000,000 for car tyres, 100,000 running meters for conveyor belts, and 200,000 for agricultural vehicle tyres.

A New Era in BRZ Development
In January 2023, Birinchi Rezinotexnika Zavodi was acquired by the Tyre Business Division of TATNEFT Group.
Birinchi Rezinotexnika Zavodi follows a unified system of quality standards adopted by the Tyre Business Division. Each tyre undergoes a rigorous two-stage (aka 200%) quality control inspection. Both stages are mandatory: the first one is conducted visually and the second one is automatic. The company guarantees that no tyres that have failed either inspection stage will ever be offered for sale.

Bars Tyres are the main brand offering of the manufacturer. BRZ produces tyres for passenger cars and commercial vehicles sized 12" to 18" (with the production line capacity being up to and including 20").
High quality and excellent reliability are achieved through compliance with international standards and requirements.
Since March 2024, Bars Tyres have been approved as a baseline solution for Chevrolet Damas, Chevrolet Tracker and Chevrolet Onix produced by the UZ Auto.
Also, tyres Bars UZ200 are now supplied as a baseline solution for Kia Sonet produced by the ADM Jizzakh.
